As Commercial Director, I am focused on People First. Always. My approach ensures commercial success is never just about the numbers and is built on trust and integrity. My focus across a portfolio of companies is on scaling them responsibly while protecting culture, reputation and most importantly the people. I look to build sustainable commercial strategies by empowering internal teams, fostering partnerships and prioritising collaboration to achieve long term value.

At WBP Equip I am committed to building AI solutions that are transparent, inclusive and designed to make real human impact by understanding the applications are about capability, capacity and confidence meaning AI should work for the people and not the other way round.

Alongside my commercial leadership I am a qualified surveyor with 12 years of experience focused on building pathology and valuation. I regularly act as an Expert Witness for the courts in Housing Condition Claims.

I am passionate about the built environment and how this has an impact on people’s health and wellbeing from the homes we live in to places we work and socially connect.
